Role and responsibilities
1. Support to establish, manage and implement the administration policies.
2. Responsible for related administration and travel expense cost control, and submit the analysis report on a monthly base.
3. Monitoring of office services such as office facilities, purchasing, cleaning & security, and traveling arrangement.
4. Responsible for handing out stationary, relative documents, sending and dispatching outgoing mails/letters for office.
5. Help updating the company website.
6. Liaison with other team members to support the project, research and event.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualification Requirements:
1. Degree in administrative, marketing, environmental related field with minimum 1-year’s working experiences.
2. Interesting in sustainability development, CSR and EHS fields.
3. Native Chinese speaker, excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
4. Good communication skill in writing and in person.
5. Strong team work spirit and has strong disciplinary for self-management.
6. Well-versed in the application of standard desktop software (MS Office).
